~Yea! i finished reading the Health Psych text.. x_X.. and i can't seem to find anything on caregivers other except for ONE miserable page.. and a few of the 'recommended' readings listed in the course outline dun seem to be covered in the lect slides.. x_X.. gonna start on soci tml & sat.. then back to health on sun.. *siGh*

so i met up wif LV @ Holland V.. LV was dressed very formal, cos of presentation, and me very casual.. hee.. wad a contrast.. =P had dinner at NYDC.. it was early and few customers were present.. horrible service and our baked dished were overcooked.. it seemed they 4gotten abt us.. and i thot few customers = faster service.. they really should make service charge ! since it rained, we took out time eating and then proceeded to TTC for dessert.. really nice ambience.. now talk abt gd/better service and cleaner utensils.. food presentation was *thumbs up!* a little costly, but sure worth it.. =)
