Back from the DED.

i'm back.. that is until i decide to go missing again.. XD

december was both heaven and hell. had to rush like MAD for my mini conference.. cos my sup was too busy marking papers and he lost track of time. thank god my presentation went rather smoothly. i think. then got my drafts done and it's now with him for proof reading. unfortunate thing for me is that he's back in his home town for christmas.. and then going on sabbatical next year (aka in a few days). T_T

after all the above was done.. i could relax some.

went for EOY.. some pics are on my deviant art. haven't found the energy to edit and upload the rest. XD

followed a friend and her colleagues for dinner & drinks.. and boy did we drink. i never thought i could drink that much / hold my liquor. i had 1.5 glass of margarita.. a little beer.. 3-4 glasses of Ruby Red vodka - 1 on the rocks and a few others with OJ and green tea cos i was kind to help one of them to finish her bottle of vodka that was finishing.. XD 3 glasses of whisky (Chivas Regal) with green tea - and the guy who sat beside me happily poured more without asking after 2 glasses.. o_O" since i can drink, i should drink. for the new year..

then i could not sleep thru the night after the alcohol intake. mind you i was NOT drunk. my friend was thou. the guy who wanted to keep pouring whisky for me was HIGH when we left. *LOL* i was more hyper than anything. and the next day i was to go Sentosa. no sleep. and a full day out at Sentosa. AND I SURVIVED!! *AMAZED AT OWN WEIRD BODY*

ok.. and i now need to go sleep. before i murder who-knows-how-many brain cells. i think i already killed a lot. FYI, i went Sentosa on 29/12, drinking on 28/12.. and it's now 30/12!
